Raw material
Around 8 raw material is used to manufacture a single sanitary napkin and every raw material is imp.Every raw material is procured from the best raw material suppliers of the world. It is not over when we purchase the best quality raw material.
Quality check
The quality of the finish goods is the key. Every hour around 100s of pieces under go the quality check and sampling process to ensure that every product is a quality product. We at Eternis Hygiene products have 5 level quality check.
Packaging
Packing of Sanitary napkins is one of the most important and crucial part of manufacturing As we are producing lakhs of pieces every day we also need to pack them the same day With lakhs of pieces getting packed every day we ensure the packing is precise and the product is intact.
Shipping
We have tie ups over more than 20 transporters as we are supplying all over india and also exporting Shipping is one of the important elements of the supply chain We ensure that the product is shipped as fast as possible without the product getting damaged.
